Ards Puppet Festival is an annual celebration of the Art of Puppetry!

Looking for something different to do over the Halloween holidays? This year's Ards Puppet Festival is happening on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 October 2025!

No ghosts or ghouls, just incredible performances and workshops by some of the most talented puppeteers around, celebrating our wonderful animal kingdom.

From amazing puppet shows, by world renowned puppet companies; to puppet making workshops! Ards Puppet Festival is a fun day out for all the family and we can't wait for you to join us!

With lots of bookable shows and free events and activities on offer, this will be a fun day out for all the family.

Events will take place at Ards Arts Centre, Newtownards.
